Eve Busted for DUI after Maserati Mash-Up

Police sources says that Eve’s blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit." Eve was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Boulevard. Eve (real name: Eve Jeffers) was driving in Hollywood around 2:45 AM Thursday when she hit the center divider, totaling the front of her car. After cops arrived, they placed her in handcuffs, and (according to our staffers) she was "visibly upset" as they led her into a squad car. There were two people in the car with Eve at the time.

Ok so is it just me or does anybody else miss ‘BlackStar’? I heard these brothers where in the studio working on a new album. For a minute I had been trying to find this unreleased song of theirs ‘Little Brother’ and just a couple of weeks ago I found it, this track in a word is the ‘Truth’.

from TMZ: In the lawsuit, Des’ree and her reps claim that Beyonce, along with her record company people, originally tried to work out a deal to use the song. When they weren’t satisfied with the proposed terms — which included not being able to change the title or make a music video for the song — Beyonce allegedly blew off copyright law completely, and recorded the song and video without permission. The song was eventually released on Beyonce’s album, "B’Day – Deluxe Edition" on April 3, 2007, with the title "Still in Love (Kissing You)." Des’ree is suing to halt distribution of the song, video and album and seeking at least $150,000 in damages. I use to like the Des’ree version ‘kissing you’ remember it from the movie Romeo & Juliet, and they played it in the scene when Leo first sees Juliet, Classic!
